The International Centre on Ageing and as a result of the success of the first and second conferences, which have had more than 500 participants each, including technicians, leaders, caregivers, users of various institutions and the general public, will hold, on January 16th, the III Conference "Living Well, Ageing Better", which will take place at the Campus of Gambelas of the University of Algarve, in Faro.
The III Conference "Living Well, Ageing Better" aims to discuss and promote the quality of life in the ageing process and aims to stimulate a reflection on successful ageing, based on experiences that promote greater social participation, health and safety of older people in communities.
The conference will take place in the Gran Auditorium and is aimed at different audiences: the general public, technicians and informal carers.
Participation in the conference is free of charge and includes welcome coffee, lunch (only for the first 400 registrations) and a welcome back coffee.
